In his role of senior case worker, he is responsible for the preparing of trials to be heard at both the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court. Over the years he has dealt with a number of high-profile cases ranging from serious sex offences to gang related murders.
He also specialises in the preparation of numerous types of complex legal arguments from bad character to the exclusion of Prosecution evidence under the Police Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
Aaron is also an accredited police station representative. He has represented clients at the police station for a wide range of offences, including serious fraud, large scale drug supply, rape and murder.
He is well known for his expertise and knowledge of the rules which govern those detained at the police station.
Through his time at Takk and Company Aaron has developed his own strong client base – something which is very rare in a non-solicitor fee earner position.
